Color:

Is classical, brilliant red with some garnet reflections.

Bouquet:

By olfactory profile this Barolo opens with important pleasant fresh notes of red fruit, followed by the mature fruit, withered flowers and that unique citrus and spicy hint typical for Cannubi.

Taste:

By palate you discover immediately the powerful tannins but the texture of its molecules is silky and soft. The structure is complex and elegant, though with the drinkability. For sure it is the Barolo with the significant longevity but we should not lose the first years of the evolution with the exciting expectations.
