TASTING NOTES & FOOD PAIRINGS: Bolgherio Uva Nera base DOC wine obtained from vines 35% Cabernet Sauvignon, 15% Petit Verdot, and 50% Merlot. It has a colour that goes from ruby red to garnet. Intense and vinous perfume when young, then it takes fruity and spicy notes with age. Dry, round, and harmonious flavor. It pairs well with cheese, red meat, and wild game.
