Vinification & Maturation: 
Vinification: Stainless steel temperature control fermentation vats for a period of 8-10 days. 
Maturation: 8 months in large oak barrels, 25Hl - 50Hl. 

Tasting Notes: The use of only historic grape varieties and maturation in large oak barrels, ensure that all the characteristics of a youthful, robust Sangiovese are free to develop. 

Deep ruby red with purple reflexes. Hints of ripe cherry lead onto crisp berry flavours, velvety tannins carry onto a long satisfying finish on the palate. San Jacopo Chianti Classico is a wine ready to be enjoyed when released.
